Stillpoint is a small, intentional yoga studio in the heart of the city. Group classes, private sessions, and seasonal retreats — all designed to give you a real hour for yourself, not just an aerobic workout.

Slow Flow

A 75-minute vinyasa designed for nervous systems on overdrive. Long holds, focused breath, no instagram poses.

Conscious-connected breathing in a small group setting. Ideal for sleep, focus, and the kind of stress that doesn't go away after a weekend.

Restorative

Bolsters, blankets, and 60 minutes of held positions. The class people book when "doing nothing" finally stops feeling like a waste of time.

One studio. Three teachers.

We keep classes small (12 mats, no more) so we can actually see how you're moving and adjust in person. No mirrors, no microphones, no plays-of-the-week. Just the room and the work.
